These machines are used by NPACI, an NSF-funded partnership that provides supercomputing resources for scientific research, as well as University users. - Introduced new installation procedures using Radmind software, which reduced installation time from days to minutes and ensured consistency and security of the clusters. - Installed, configured, optimized, and maintained Myrinet, Force 10, and Ethernet networking hardware. - Configured and maintained batch scheduling systems such as PBS and Maui. - Extensive customer interaction with University of Michigan and NPACI users to resolve account issues and scheduling problems and assist with data backups.
